The number of B2B startups in India has grown from 800 to over 3200 in the past five years , with the funding going up by 364% to USD 3.7 billion in 2018. A study by NetApp and Zinnov, called ‘B2B Tech Startup Ecosystem and Role of Corporate Accelerators in India’, found that this growth was largely fueled by the need for digital transformation across enterprises, financial, institutions, government, hospitals and SMEs. The study found that Bengaluru was the most popular city for B2B startups, followed by Mumbai and Delhi, helped by the presence of dedicated incubators and accelerators.
